WHOLE AND HALF STEERS

Whole and half steers may be purchased by total weight ("on the hoof") for $2.20 per pound. Steers weigh approximately 1300 pounds when butchered and will produce between 480 and 520 pounds of beef.

At this time purchaser must make arrangements for butchering through a local provider.

 

Payments: 

​

Half Steer  $100 deposit,  $1,000 due pre-processing, Balance based on actual weight due at pickup.  

​

Whole Steer:  $100 deposit, $2,000 due pre-processing, Balance based on actual weight due at pickup.
